A mobile application that enables HPE leasing partners to apply for credit, create quotes, and monitor pending transactions for their customers when they are on the go.
The challenge on this project was to understand key persona differences so that the system could accomodate different user and business needs. We also needed to create a mobile app that provided the same basic functionality of the existing desktop software, the HPEFS Partner Connection Web tool, which gives Partners & distributors the ability to Create Credit applications on behalf of their Customers, to get Pricing options and to generate legal documents.
On this project I worked with the client to define the requirements. I then created the wireframes, sitemaps, flowcharts, and prototypes. I also worked closely with the graphic design team as they refined the visual elements of the interface and I created clickable prototypes from their designs.
First, we mapped out our path through the application. Then I created a site map diagram that illustrates the user flows.
After mapping out the application flows, we created rough wireframes for all the screens and linked them together in a clickable prototype.
The flow shown below illustrates the three-step Quick Quote Flow of the application where a leasing agent can speedily create a quote for discussion purposes.

We successfully completed this project and this app is currently available in the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. However, although anyone can download the app, only certified HPE representatives are able to log into the app.
